Airport Fences: Specifically designed for high-security locations such as airports and military bases. It is composed of Y-shaped support columns, reinforced welded mesh panels, connecting parts, barbed wire cages, and anti-theft bolts. The mesh panel is made of 5mm cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire, which undergoes processes of knitting, welding, galvanizing, and plastic spraying. The large mesh panel measures 2.04m x 2.88m (with a V-shaped reinforcing rib), and the small mesh panel is 0.495m x 2.88m. The aperture is either 50mm x 100mm or 60mm x 120mm. The tensile strength is 400MPa, and the tensile force of the welded points is 1320N. The Y-shaped column is made of a rectangular steel pipe with dimensions of 60x60x2mm and a height of 2.9m, which is formed by straight-seam welding of Q235 steel strips. It undergoes both internal and external anti-corrosion treatments, and a Q235 steel cap is installed on the top. The hot-dip galvanized blade barbed wire has an outer diameter of 500mm. The material is Q235 cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire that is galvanized and then combined with hot-dip galvanized blades (wire diameter BWG12# - 14#, blade type BTO - 22). The installation types include cross-type and spiral-type. There are 33 coils per roll, with a standard coverage length of 5.1m and a weight of 10kg per roll. The connecting steel plate has dimensions of 66x30x4mm, made of Q235 steel, and treated with galvanizing and plastic spraying. The anti-theft bolt set (carriage bolt) is M8X30, made of Q235 material, and treated with hot-dip galvanizing.
